摘要
在钢筋混凝土扁梁中掺入钢纤维,可有效提高扁梁的抗弯初裂强度及抗弯极限强度。本文通过6根钢纤维混凝土扁梁的弯曲试验,研究在弯曲荷载下的破坏形态及钢纤维含量对受弯性能的影响,着重分析对比了不同试件受力过程、裂缝开展情况、破坏情况和钢纤维的拉结咬合作用,并进行正截面承载力验算,将试验数据与现行纤维混凝土规程(CECS38:2004)对比,验证了CECS38:2004对钢纤维混凝土扁梁的适用性。
Adding steel fiber into reinforced concrete fiat beam can effectively improve the initial flexural crack strength and ultimate strength of it. By means of bending tests of 6 reinforced steel fiber concrete fiat beam (RSFCFB) , the failure pattern of RSFCFB and the influence of steel fiber content to RSFCFB flexural behavior are studied, the specimens' loading process, cracks development situation and interlocking effect of steel fiber are emphatically analyzed. The normal section bearing capacity of RSFCFB is calculated in this paper. The experiment results are compared with the results calculated according to current steel fiber concrete standard (CECS38:2004) and the feasibility of CECS38 : 2004 to the normal section bearing capacity calculation of RSFCFB is proved.
