摘要
依据新时期应急供应工作形势和任务,为提升应急运输中供应保障能力,在WebGIS开源技术框架下,提出了应急供应站地理信息系统构建方法;在整合现有应急供应站各项主要保障业务基础上,采用OpenLayers并结合Ajax、MS SQL Spatial、ASP.NET等技术,设计了应急供应站地理信息系统基础技术架构、层次逻辑和功能,给出了应急供应站内建筑、设施信息和建筑内房间地理位置、属性信息的查询与管理方法。
According to the work situation and tasks of emergency supply in the new period, to accelerate the emergency supply capability of emergency transportation, in the framework of WebGIS open source technology, we puts forward the method of establishing emergency supply geographic information system; Based on the integration of all the main support business in the existing emergency supplies station, This e mergency supplies station GIS is combined with techniques such as Ajax, MS SQL Spatial, ASP. The researchers designed the basic architecture, the logic diagram and functions about this GIS, and pres ented the methods of the query and management concerning the emergency supplies station buildings, facil ities, and geospatial and property information inside the buildings.
