癌痛规范化治疗病房患者疼痛评估与心理痛苦筛查的护理实践 被引量：30

摘要 在疾病治疗的基础上,开展癌痛规范化治疗,进行护理人员培训,应用癌痛评估表和心理痛苦筛查量表。包括:对新入院患者提供简单疼痛评估,对存在疼痛的患者,由疼痛治疗护士应用自制的3种疼痛评估量表,对其进行详细疼痛评估,及时准确给予疼痛治疗;通过积极预防及处理用药后的不良反应、做好患者的健康教育,有效提高了患者的疼痛控制率。对新入院患者,应用心理痛苦温度计和问题列表,进行心理痛苦筛查,以期做到早发现、早诊断、早干预的目的,提高癌症患者生存质量。
