摘要
目的 探讨冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者糖化血清清蛋白(GA)水平的变化及其与冠状动脉病变程度的关系.方法 顺序入选2012年10月-2013年6月在我科因冠心病住院行冠状动脉造影检查且行GA检测的患者180例,其中38例冠状动脉造影阴性者为对照组,142例冠状动脉造影阳性且行PCI的患者为PCI组.采用酶法测定GA水平;冠状动脉造影采用Seldinger技术,根据狭窄病变的冠状动脉支数分为单支病变、双支病变及三支病变,采用美国心脏协会(AHA)制定的Gensini积分法计算Gensini积分.结果 对照组、PCI组的GA水平分别为(14.4±3.0)%、(15.5±3.1)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组、Gensini积分1~20分组、Gensini积分21~40分组、Gensini积分≥41分组的GA水平分别为(14.4±3.0)%、(14.5±2.9)%、(16.2±4.7)%、(16.6±2.9)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同Gensini积分组的病变支数分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同GA水平组的病变支数分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病PCI患者GA水平升高,GA水平可能与冠状动脉病变支数和严重程度相关.
Objective To define the relationship between glycated albumin (GA) and the severity of coronary artery lesions in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) . Methods Totally, 180 patients who underwent PCI for coronary heart disease were consecutively enrolled. The number of coronary artery lesions were recorded. The severity of the le- sions were determined by Gensini score, based on which patients were categorized into severity different subgroups. Levels of GA were measured. The correlation of serum levels of GA with both the severity and number of coronary lesions was analyzed. Results Serum levels of GA increased with the number of coronary arteries involved ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and with the Gensini score ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The number of coronary arteries involved and the disease severity are both significantly correlated with ser- um levels of GA in patients requiring PCI.
