摘要
当前我国医患矛盾所引发的问题已成为社会关注的热点,虽然成因十分复杂,但不可否认医务人员在某些素养方面的缺失无疑也是造成医患关系紧张与恶化的原因之一。要重塑医务人员的良好形象,构建和谐医患关系,必须从医学生教育和培养这个源头做起。本文从医学职业专业化追溯医学教育的本质属性,明确医德与医术的辩证关系;通过医术与医德相融合的医学教育实践的案例来阐明如何真正践行医学教育本质;通过对当前我国医学教育中存在的问题的探讨,提出在医学教育中促进医德与医术融合统一的具体建议。
Questions arising out of the doctor-patient contradiction in China at present has become the focus of attention. Although the causes are complex, it is undeniable that medical personnel who are lack of their basic professional qualities in some aspects is one of the major reasons to cause tension and deterioration of the docto,patient relationship. To restore good images of medical personnel and build a harmonious doctor-patient re-lationship, we must enhance medical education which is the source of medical professional to cultivate medical students. The essay is trying to explore the nature of medical education from the professionalization of medi- cine, make clear the dialectical relationship between medical ethics and medical skills, clarify how to practice the nature of medical education through cases of medical education practice which are combined with medical ethics and medicine very well. The essay discuss on problems existing in medical education in China at present, provide reference for constructing the medical education concept combined with medical ethics and medical skills.
