摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果。方法将本院2012年2月～2013年10月收治的90例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例。两组患者均给予常规治疗，对照组加用盐酸溴己新注射液治疗，观察组加用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果和不良反应。结果观察组患者的总有效率为95．6％，明显高于对照组的75．6％（P〈0．05）；治疗后，观察组患者的PaO2升高，PaCO：降低，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果较为显著，不良反应轻微，值得推广应用。
Objective To exp!ore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods 90 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were treated in our hospital from Febru- ary 2012 to October 2013,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,there were 45 cases in each group.Patients of the two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was added in bromhexine hydrochloride injection treatment,the observation group was added in ambroxol hydrochloride injection treatment,the clinical effect and adverse reaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total effec- tive rate of patients in the observation group （95.6%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （75.6%） （P〈 0.05）;after treatment,PaO 2 of patients in the observation group was increased and PaCO2 was decreased,and there was a statistical difference compared with the control group （P〈0.05）; there was a statistical difference of the adverse reaction between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis has the more significant clinical effect with mild adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
