摘要 基于煤电企业快速发展及其承担的安全、环保、资源节约等社会责任要求,可持续的煤电科技人才队伍的培养和支撑是企业发展的关键。从提高企业培训资源利用率、打造精细化人才队伍的角度出发,一是建立多序列发展标准模型,精确采集人才状态;二是构建灰色聚类模型,进行数据定量分析,形成不同序列人才的灰类等级聚类,为煤电校企联合精细化人才培养提供数据支撑。 Based on the rapid and healthy development of coalGbased power enterprises and the requirements of social responsibility such as safety,environmental protection,resource conG servation,it is particularly important to train the sustainable coal technology talents team for coalGbased power enterprises.From the perspectives of improving resource utilization and refining talents cultivation,firstly,the article establishes development standard model of multiGsequence which could help collecting staffs status information dynamically during development. Then it builds a gray clustering model for quantitative analysis of the data to form gray class hierarchical clustering for talents in different sequences.As a result,the research aims at providing data supG port for refinement talents cultivation in j oint of schools and coalGbased power enterprises.
