1例急性脑梗死伴血小板减少患者溶栓治疗的护理 被引量：24

Nursing care of a patient with acute ischemic stroke complicated by thrombocytopenia treated by thrombolytic therapy

摘要 报告1例急性脑梗死伴有血小板(PLT)减少(78×109/L)患者进行小剂量溶栓治疗的护理。要点包括:充分的溶栓前风险识别、有效的溶栓风险告知、预防性干预降低出血风险,并加强溶栓后出血等并发症的观察。虽然溶栓过程中患者发生了颅内出血和牙龈、眼结膜出血,但经积极的对症护理,患者住院11d恢复,转康复医院治疗。
