鞣花酸对PBS性能的影响

摘要 将从植物源色素中分离出的鞣花酸(EA)以不同比例添加于聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)中,采用POM、WXRD、DSC、TG和力学性能测试,研究了少量EA的添加对PBS晶型结构和性能的影响.研究结果表明:0.5%~2.5 %EA的添加,虽然PBS的结晶型态没有改变,但细化了PBS的球晶尺寸,使PBS的结晶度也有所增大;并且EA的添加提高了PBS的结晶温度和热稳定性,加快了PBS的结晶速率;PBS的拉伸强度有所提高,综合力学性能良好. Ellagic acid was extracted from nature pigment to blend with the poly (butylene succinate) (PBS) with different mass ratio. The crystal structure and the performance of PBS with a little amount of EA was studied by means of POM, WXRD,DSC,TG and mechanical performance test. The results showed that the crystalline form was not changed when 0. 5 %- 2.5 % EA were added into PBS, but the crystal size decreased and the crystallinity increased. The crystallization temperature and the thermal stability of PBS was improved and crystallization rate was increased. The tensile strength of PBS was improved and the mechanical properties of PBS were good.
