摘要
TCP基因家族是植物中一类特有的转录因子家族,广泛参与植物的生长发育以及各种生理生化反应的信号传导。为了揭示黄瓜TCP基因家族的功能,本研究利用全基因组信息鉴定黄瓜TCP转录因子家族,分析结构特征及系统发育关系。结果表明,黄瓜全基因组共编码22个TCP转录因子成员,分布在5条染色体上;内含子/外显子结构分析表明,大多数TCP基因结构较为简单,不含有内含子;序列分析发现这些家族成员都含有高度保守的非典型bHLH结构域;根据结构域差异和系统发育关系分析的结果,将黄瓜TCP转录因子家族分成2个亚家族;启动子元件分析显示,TCP基因含有大量参与调控分生组织发育的元件。这些结果将为今后揭示黄瓜TCP基因家族成员的功能奠定理论基础。
TCP gene family is a specific kind of transcriptional factors in plant, which involved extensively in plant growth, development and signal transduction of many physiological and biochemical response. To study potential function of TCP gene family in cucumber, we investigated TCP genes family with the whole genome database and bioinformatics. The results showed that a total of 22 members were identified and they distributed in 5 chromo- somes of cucumber. Structure analysis revealed that most of the TCP genes had the features of simple structure with no introns. All of the 22 genes contained non-canonical basic-Helix-Loop-Helix (bHLH) domain. They could be group into 2 sub-families according to the phylogenetic analysis. Analysis of promoter elements indicated that the TCP genes contained lots of components to participate in the regulation of meristem development. The above results will lay the foundation for revealing the function of the cucumber TCP transcription factor.
