摘要
目的:探讨消结汤内服合舒乳散外用治疗乳腺增生病临床分析。方法:100例患者都符合2002年中华中医外科学会乳腺病专业委员会八次会议的乳腺增生的诊断标准,分为两组,治疗组运用消结汤内服合舒乳散外用进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:治疗组50例中,治愈34例,占68%;显效7例,占14%;好转7例,占14%;无效2例,占4%;总有效率为96%。对照组50例中.治愈9例,占18%;显效11例,占22%;好转19例,占38%;无效11例,占22%;总有效率为78%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消结汤内服合舒乳散外用治疗乳腺增生病的临床效果好,值得推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Shurusan for external use on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients accorded with the diagnostic criteria of hyperplasia of mammary glands established in the 8th academic conference of the professional committee of breast disease, Chinese Surgical Association of Chinese Medicine in 2002 were divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Shurusan, and the treatment effects were observed. Results：In 60 patients in the treatment group, 37 cases were cured, accounting for 61.67%;11 cases were treatedeffectively, accounting for 18.33%;9 cases were on the mend, accounting for 15%;3 cases were treated ineffectively, accounting for 5%;and the overall effective rate was 95%. In 60 patients in the control group, 12 cases were cured, accounting for 20%;13 cases were treated effectively, accounting for 21.67%;22 cases were on the mend, accounting for 36.67%;13 cases were treated ineffectively, accounting for 21.67%;and the overall effective rate was 78.33%. The overall effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shurusan for external use has good clinical effects on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. It is worth spreading in clinical practice.
