摘要
燃气透平入口导叶IGV液压油上油管振动剧烈,多次引发裂纹或断裂造成机组停车。为消除这一影响合成氨装置安全运行的重大隐患,相继采取了例如更换油泵、阀门及油管的一系列措施,最后彻底解决。
The inlet guide vane （IGV） hydraulic oil tubing violent vibration in the gas turbine repeatedly cause IGV crack to result in the shutdown. In order to eliminate the problem, a series of measures were adopted, finally the problem was thoroughly solved.
