摘要
目的:建立地锦喷雾剂的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别地锦草、丁香、紫花地丁、白鲜皮;采用高效液相色谱法测定芦丁和槲皮素的含量.结果:薄层色谱特征明显,斑点清晰,分离度好;芦丁在6.1031~195.2990μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为98.81%(RSD=1.10%,n=9);槲皮素在6.1760~197.6320μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000,n=6),平均回收率为98.35%(RSD=1.02%,n=9).结论:本文所建立的方法操作方便、结果准确、专属性强,可用于地锦喷雾剂的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE:To estabhsh the quality standard of Euphorbia Humifusa Spray. METHODS:Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba, Caryophylli Flos, Viola Yedoensis and Dictamni Cortex were identified by TLC. The contents of eldrin and quertetin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS:The TLC was characteristic and well-separated with clear spots. Eldrin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 6. 103 1-195. 299 0 μg/ml( r = 0. 999 9, n = 6 )with an average recovery of 98.81% (RSD = 1.10% ,n =9) ; quertetin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 6. 176 0-197. 632 0 μg/ml ( r = 1. 000 0, n = 6) with an average recovery of 98.35 % (RSD = 1.02%, n = 9). CONCLUSION : The established method is convenient in operation, accurate in results with strong specificity and it thus can be applied for the quality control of Euphorbia Humifusa Spray.
