黄秋葵黄酮抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用及其机理研究 被引量:31

摘要 目的:研究黄秋葵黄酮抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用及其机理。方法:清洁级ICR小鼠随机分为五组:分别给予低、中、高剂量黄秋葵黄酮75、150、300 mg·kg-1·d-1和蒸馏水(空白对照组)、生晒参水提液200 mg·kg-1·d-1(阳性对照组)连续灌胃21 d。测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮、肝糖原和血乳酸含量。结果:黄秋葵黄酮能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05)、提高肝糖原含量(P<0.05)、降低血清尿素氮和乳酸水平(P<0.05),其效果与生晒参水提液相当(P>0.05)。结论:黄秋葵黄酮具有抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用,其作用机理可能通过提高肝糖原含量、增加运动时的能源供给、减少蛋白质的分解和葡萄糖的无氧酵解、提高产能效率而发挥作用。 Objective : To investigate the anti - fatigue effect of the flavones from Okra in mice so as to provide an ex- perimental basis for the development of anti - fatigue health beverages based on the material. Methods :40 male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups including low - , middle - and high - dose groups ( treated with the flavones from Okra at doses of 75,150,300 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 ) and control group (treated with distilled water) and positive control group (trea- ted with water extract of Dried Fresh Ginseng at dose of 200 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 ). All the five groups were treated by gavage for continuously 21 days and tested for their weight -loaded swimming times as well as blood urea nitrogen, blood lactic acid and hepatic glycogen levelsI Results:The groups treated with the flavones from Okra at doses of 150,300 mg ~ kg-l . d-7 significantly prolonged the exhaustive swimming time of mice, decreased the contents of both blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid and increased the content of hepatic glycogen ,and their effects were as good as that of Dried Fresh Gin- seng. Conclusion : The flavones from Okra could resist fatigue in mice in a dose - dependent manner.
