摘要
采用中频感应电炉熔配AlCr3中间合金,研究了六氯乙烷除气剂和金属铬块尺寸对制备AlCr3中间合金微观组织结构的影响。结果表明,六氯乙烷除气剂的质量分数在0.15%~0.20%时,除气效果最佳,气孔度和气孔率最小。金属铬块的平均厚度在1 mm^5 mm范围内,能有效减少局部偏析,增大中间合金中铬的实收率;厚度大于5mm时极易残留部分异常粗大的金属间化合物。
A1Cr3 master alloy was prepared in a medium-frequency induction furnace. The influence of hexachloroethane degasser and chromium sizes on microstructure of A1Cr3 master alloy was studied. The results showed that the best degassing effect was achieved by adding 0.15 % -0.20% (mass fraction) hexachloroethane degasser, which had the minimum porosity content and rate. Partial segregation effectively decreased and recovery efficiency of Cr in A1Cr3 master alloy increased when average thickness of chromium was between 1 mm and 5 mm. Extremely coarse intermetallic compound remained when the chromium thickness exceeded 5 mm.
