摘要
在回顾国内外城乡统筹发展理论的基础上,运用主成分分析法和格兰杰因果分析模型构建了城乡协调发展评价模型,以湖南省1995—2012年年度数据为实证材料,分析了湖南省城乡协调发展水平,结果表明:城乡统筹度与城乡收入差距之间存在双向的因果关系,为进一步促进湖南省城乡统筹、协调发展,有必要立足于经济社会全面发展的角度,遵循城乡发展的客观规律和现实需要,建立和完善城乡一体化发展的体制机制,促进农村与城市同步并进、协调发展。
Promoting the integration of urban and rural is a significant task to enrich the strong province of Hunaal. Based on the review of domestic and foreign urban and rural development theory, using the method of principal component anal- ysis and Grainger causality analysis model of coordinated development of urban and rural evaluation model, with the annual data of 1995-2012 in Hunan Province as the empirical material, this paper analysis the level of coordinated development of urban aald rural areas of Hunan Province, the results show that, there is a bidirectional causality between urban and rural areas and the income gap between urban and rural areas, to further promote the coordinated development of urban and ru- ral areas, Hunan Province, it is necessary to stand in the global economic and social development of the height of urban and rural development, follow the evolution of the situation, overall planning, planning system, establish and improve the mechanism for the integration of urban and rural development,to promote rural and city, synchronized and coordinated de- velopment.
