二甲双胍在2型糖尿病患者中的安全性 被引量:46

The safety of metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 二甲双胍是治疗T2DM的一线药物。国际和国内多个权威指南也建议将二甲双胍作为T2DM药物治疗的首选药物和降糖药物联合治疗中的基础药物。然而,二甲双胍也存在一些不良反应,其中乳酸酸中毒、肾功能及肝功能损伤是在临床医生和患者中一直担忧的问题。本文旨在对二甲双胍安全性研究进行回顾总结,为临床合理用药提供参考。 Metformin is currently considered the first-line therapy in type 2 diabetes mellitus,and a recommendation is confirmed in the international authority of the guidelines.Metformin also has some adverse reactions,and there are controversies about lactic acidosis,renal and liver function impairment in the clinicians.The latest studies of metformin safety are summarized in this article.Clinical decision making is presented here just for reference.
