摘要
目的分析滋阴活血法治疗反复发作性葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2008年3月至2013年5月进行治疗的反复发作性葡萄膜炎患者50例为研究对象进行分析,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者应用西药进行治疗,研究组患者在此基础上应用滋阴活血法进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组治愈12例(48.0%)、好转5例(20.0%)、有效5例(20.0%)、无效3例(12.0%),对照组治愈7例(28.0%)、好转3例(12.0%)、有效6例(24.0%)、无效9例(36.0%);研究组治疗总有效率88.0%显著高于对照组64.0%,对比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.661,P<0.05)。研究组患者视力改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴活血法治疗反复发作性葡萄膜炎临床疗效好,安全性高,与西药合用能够显著控制炎症,改善视力。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of recurrent uveitis treated with Yin and activating therapy. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with recurrent uveitis during March 2008 to May 2013 in this hospital were analyzed, and all these patients were randomly divid- ed into control group and study group, patients in control group were treated with western medicine, and patients in study group were treated by the application of yin and promoting blood circulation therapy, and the efficacy of these 2 groups had been compared. Results Twelve patients in study group were cured （48.0%） , improved in five cases （20.0%）, effective in 5 cases （20.0%） and failure in 3 cases （ 12.0% ） , and 7 ca- ses （ 28.0% ） of control group were cured, improved in three cases （ 12.0% ）, effective in 6 cases （ 24.0% ）, and failure in 9 cases （36.0%） ; and the total effective rate of study group was 88.0%, and it was significantly higher than that （64.0%） of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ Х^2 = 5. 661, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of Yin and activating therapy in treatment of recurrent uveitis is ef- fective and safe, if it combined with western medicine, then it can significantly control inflammation and reduce the risk of recurrence .
