摘要
目的:对徐州医学院教育环境进行测量,评估医学生对教育环境的感知状况,比较分析其规律性及差异性并提出对策。方法:采用国际医学教育环境测量工具DREEM量表对2000名医学生进行调研。结果:该校医学生教育环境知觉普遍较高,不同年级间存在差异(P<0.01)。其中,教师、环境、社交知觉随着年级上升而呈下降趋势。结论:增强教学服务意识,进一步增强教学管理的弹性,采取针对性的教学手段,使教学充满活力,满足大学生多样化学习需求。
Objective:To measure medical education environment in our school,and reviewing the status of medical studentsperception of education environment,compare to the analysis of their regularity and differences and put forward the countermeasures.Methods:The use of international medical education environment measuring tools DREEM scale to survey among 2000students.Results:My school students consciousness education environments generally high and there are significant differences between different grade.Among them,teacher,environment,social consciousness grade as the rising and falling,have no obvious differences about academic perception in different grade.Conclusion:Enhancing the teaching service awareness,and further enhancing the flexibility of teaching management,taking appropriate teaching methods,teaching vibrant,to meet the diverse learning needs of college students.
