摘要 应用多传感器集成实施监控技术,对镗削过程进行了监控实验研究.讨论了有关实验系统设备构成、传感器选择和多传感器集成方案,并讨论了典型镗削工况、切屑断裂状态和颤振先兆识别时特征信号的选择处理和决策模型.实验结果对制造系统运行状态的监控具有普遍性. Monitor system is one of the key technology on flexible manufacturing process. Multi-sensor group received information, which reflects system variation from parallel channels. The work in this paper focused on boring operation. The setup for experimental research, selection of sensors and sensor group combinations were discussed here. And also feature signal determination and process as well as the decision-making methods applied on typical boring status classification, chip form identification and chatter development were discussed in the paper.
