大理双廊镇是一个正在更新演变中的村镇,拥有悠久的历史和独特的风光资源,在大量个体投资者涌入的同时,原住民仍居住于当地,并在推动村镇的更新中发挥主要作用。文章记录了双廊土生土长的独立建筑师赵八旬与设计过双廊唯一出让地块的建筑师何辉的对谈,谈话就建筑师的状态、新旧建筑的文化传承、双廊镇的更新等方面展开。
Shuanglang Township of Dali Prefecture, Yunnan, is a rural township in constant regeneration. With its long history and unique landscape and resources, Shuanglang is now witnessing a flux of individual investors, while the indigenous residents continue to live here and play an ever more important role in the regeneration of the township. This paper is based on the transcript of the dialogue between Zhao Baxun, an independent architect born and bred in Shuanglang, and He Hui, President of the institute that designed the only transferred lot of Shuanglang. The dialogue develops around the state of architects＇ practice, cultural inheritance of old architecture as well as the regeneration of Shuanglang Township.
