摘要
本文运用层次分析法构建北京文化资源综合评价体系,从文化资源条件、社会价值、经济价值、发展条件、资源传承能力5个方面筛选出24个评价指标,对北京文化资源进行分析评价,同时对文化资源单体进行分析。结果表明,独特性、资源消费人群、知名度等因子是北京文化资源及文化产业发展的优势,弱势在于保存状态、民间风俗礼仪、地域组合度、交通运输便利度等方面;在空间分布上,北京市文化资源总体上呈"两带一点"的分布格局;在北京市文化资源结构中,北京极品级文化资源和优良级文化资源数量突出,是北京文化产业发展的优势。并依据评价结果提出了北京文化资源产业化开发的相关建议。
This paper uses AHP to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of Beijing＇s cultural resources, including 24 indicators from social value, economic value, development conditions, the ability of resources and inheritance, to evaluate the cultural resources and the cultural resource monomer in Beijing. The research show that, the advantage of Beijing cultural resources and cultural industry development are uniqueness, resource consumer groups, and reputation, and the weakness lies in the preserved state, folk customs, regional combination, traffic convenience. In terms of the spatial distribution analysis, spatial pattern of the resources show the characteristics of ＂two zones＂ and ＂one point＂spatial relations. As for the structure of cultural resources, the large quantity of the top grade and excellent grade cultural resources has prominent position and are the advantage of Beijing cultural industry. The paper also gives some suggestions for the development of cultural resources from the findings.
