摘要
本文在总结以往学院参加和组织的院内外技能大赛经验的基础之上,突出职业技能竞赛对高职学生就业创业能力培养的促进作用,为高等职业教育研究提供鲜活的案例,也为职业技能竞赛的有效开展提供理论上的参考。
On the basis of summarizing the skills competition experience of inside and outside the universities, this paper highlights the promoting role of skills competition on employment entrepreneurship training of vocational students, provides fresh case for the study of higher vocational education, but also provides a theoretical reference for the effective implementation of vocational skills competition.
