摘要
随着导弹飞行速度的提高,传统的石英陶瓷材料已经无法满足更加严酷的设计强度要求。文中简述了氮化硅天线罩的国内外研究现状,在遵循空空导弹天线罩设计原则的基础上,使用仿真计算的方法设计出了满足某型导弹飞行条件的氮化硅天线罩结构,验证了氮化硅材料在空空导弹天线罩上使用的可行性。
With the development of missile flight speed, traditional quartz ceramic material is not capable of meeting the more severe re- quirement of design strength. The domestic and foreign development of silicon nitride on air-to-air missile radome was introduced in this pa- per. Based on the design principle of air-to-air missile radome, the silicon nitride radome, which can satisfy certain missile radome under certain flying condition, was designed by means of simulation. This paper verifies the feasibility of silicon nitride on air-to-air missile ra- donle.
