摘要
目前在工程项目中有不同的结构分解方法,然而这些方法只针对工程某个阶段或某项管理职能,缺乏从全寿命期以及集成化管理角度设计工程系统结构体系。为了明确工程全寿命期管理的对象,以工程的功能分解为基础,参考国内外建设工程常用的项目分解结构(PBS)和工作分解结构(WBS)等,结合实际工程管理的经验,构建工程系统分解结构(EBS),给出工程系统结构分解的方法和基本准则,以及在实际工程中的应用和作用。该结构的第一层是从功能角度划分建筑物的空间得到的功能区分解,第二层是在每个功能区内按专业特征划分工程系统。该分解结构可以保证WBS的完整性和科学性,同时也是工程规划、设计、施工、运行维护和健康管理等阶段中各参与方工作的统一基础,减少了不同阶段、不同专业之间的信息流失。
In construction industry, structure breakdown methods are designed for specific periods of projects or functions in management. However, these methods don' t consider life cycle of the project and integrated management. Based on project breakdown structure (PBS) and work breakdown structure (WBS), the engineering breakdown structure was developed to determine the objects of life cycle management. The fundamental principles and methods for structure breakdown were established using the management experience in practical projects. The application of EBS in practical construction projects detailed the process of analyzing the engineering system structure. The first level of EBS is to divide the building space from the function perspective, while the second level is to divide engineering system in each functional area according to the professional characteristic. This breakdown structure ensures the integrity and rationality of WBS, and it can be used as the unified foundation of different stages, including planning, designing, constructing, operation and health management. In that way, the usage of EBS reduces the information loss between different professions at different stages.
