摘要
通过对中国小卫星所采用的氦质谱正压累积检漏方法的分析,建立了正压累积检漏计算模型及不确定度评定模型。在试验数据计算分析及不确定度分析中引入最小二乘法,提出了应用最小二乘法对一元一次方程的斜率进行A类及B类不确定度评定的方法。通过实例展示了用不确定度评定的过程,验证了计算模型及不确定度分析模型的正确性及有效性。
A series of mathematical models were formulated to calculate the helium leakage rate and to estimate its uncertainty,based on the analysis of the helium leakage from China' s small satellites, which was conventionally measured in positive pressure accumulation method. The experimental data and the related uncertinties were calculated in the least square method (LSD). A novel technique was developed to evaluate in LSD the type A and type B uncertainties of the slope of the linear equation with one unknown, widely used in data analysis and error analysis. The newly-developed calculation technique was exemplified and tested in measuring the leakage rate of a small satellite. The test results show that the new technique is capable of correctly calculating the leakage rate and effectively estimating the uncertainty.
