起重机箱型梁曲形腹板简支板局部稳定性分析 被引量:6

摘要 基于在桥梁工程领域中与起重机箱梁在结构、受力和功能特性相似的波形腹板桥梁结构,提出了曲形腹板箱梁结构的设计形式。研究局部载荷作用下起重机曲形腹板简支板的局部稳定性分析问题。鉴于曲形腹板屈曲稳定性数值求解的复杂性,建立曲形腹板简支板的结构分析有限元模型,给出相应边界约束条件和加载方式的具体实现方法。研究表明:当翼缘板厚度不变时,曲形腹板屈曲临界载荷随板厚增加而增大,正弦波形腹板局部稳定性高于梯形腹板和平直腹板形式;当腹板厚度不变时,曲形腹板结构可有效减少翼缘板的使用材料。 The similarity in the structure of Crane "s box beam and bridge engineering field, load-carrying and function were analyzed. The curved box beam structure design in web form was given by the properties of the wavefarm webs bridge structure. The research on local stability analysis of the problem that under partial loads simply supported plate far the crane's curved webs was carried out. Because of the complexity of numerical solution for the curved webs" buckling analysis, the concrete method on the constraint boundary condition and applying load was given for the waveform simply supported skew plate. For the wavefarm simply supported skew plate, the critical buckling load of curved increases by the increase of the thickness when the flange plates were unchangeable; besides, sine-shaped webs local stability is better than the trapezoidal web and straight web. The curved web structure can effectively reduce the use of materials of flange plate when the webs' thickness was unchangeable.
