摘要
改革传统毕业综合技能训练教学模式,以实际工作过程为导向,在进行二维工艺设计的基础上采用CAD技术设计三维工艺模型,并应用CAE技术模拟铸造充型和凝固过程,分析模拟结果,预测铸造缺陷,从而改进铸造工艺,提高工艺设计的合理性和可靠性,强化学生专业知识的系统综合应用能力。
To reform the traditional teaching mode of comprehensive skills training for graduates, this paper is actual - work - process - oriented and adopts CAD to design 3D model and fills and solidifies them with CAE technology. By analysis of the models this paper predicts the casting defects so as to improve the casting technique and the rationality and reliability. Thus the comprehensive ability of the students is improved as well.
