摘要
选择异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚大单体(TPEG),以衣康酸(IA),丙烯酸(AA),顺酐(MAL)等为聚合小单体,保坍助剂为功能性单体,在引发剂及链转移剂的作用下,进行自由基共聚合,合成一种新型高保坍型的聚羧酸减水剂(PC),并对其性能进行测试。试验结果表明:共聚体系的最佳配比为:n(TPEG)∶n(IA+AA)∶n(MAL)=1.00∶2.25∶1.04;合成的PC对不同水泥的适应性良好;混凝土2 h坍落度基本无损失;与通用减水型聚羧酸减水剂复配,可以大幅度提高其保坍性能。
A new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high slump retention capability was prepared in the presence of initiator and chain transfer agent by free-radical copolymerization,which select excellent isoamyl ene alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG),itaconic acid, acrylic acid and maleic anhydride as comonomer, and slump retention additives as functional monomer. And the performance of new polyearboxylate superplasticizer with high slump retention capability was tested. The result shows that the best ratio of n (TPEG) :n (IA+AA) :n (MAL) in the eopolymerization system was n (TPEG) :n (IA+AA) :n (MAL) =1.00:2.25:1.04. Also the polycarboxylate superplasticizer we prepared has good cements compatibility and excellent slump retention capability, which has no slump loss in 2 h. And it can greatly improve the slump retention capability of other general type polycarboxylate superplasticizer
