摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC的悬臂式掘进机电控系统的主要功能与系统控制流程,重点阐述了系统的硬件构成、主电路设计、控制回路与电源等部分的设计与实现方法,通过应用电控系统,提高了悬臂式掘进机的机械化水平,提高了运行的稳定性与可靠性。
This paper introduces function and control process of boom roadheader electrically controlled system based on PLC. The methods of design and implementation of hardware composition, main circuit design, control circuit and power supply are presented, through the application of electrically controlled system, improve the mechanization level of the cantilever machine, improve the operation stability and reliability.
