摘要
目的观察艾灸百会穴治疗缺血性中风患者的临床疗效及对患者血脂、血液流变学、脑血流的影响。方法 90例缺血性中风患者随机分为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组,每组30例。对照Ⅰ组予单纯西医治疗,对照Ⅱ组在对照Ⅰ组治疗的基础上加用传统针刺治疗,治疗组在对照Ⅰ组治疗的基础上加用艾灸百会穴治疗,3组疗程均为30 d,观察3组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学、脑血流、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(BI)改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组血脂、血液流变学、脑血流指标均较治疗前明显改善,且优于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组。治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分及BI评分均较治疗前明显改善,且较对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组改善更明显。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组。结论艾灸百会穴能改善缺血性中风患者脑血液循环,减轻神经功能缺损程度,提高治愈、好转率,降低致残率。
Objective It is to observe the clinical effective of moxibustion therapy in Baihui （ GV 20） in patients with is- chemic stroke and study its effect on blood lipid, hemorheology and cerebral blood flow. Methods 90 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into therapy group, control group I and control group l] , 30 cases in each group. The basic western medical treatment was given in each group. Traditional acupuncture treatment was used in control group lI also. Mox- ibustion therapy in Baihui （ GV 20） was used in therapy group at the same time. All the treatment courses were 30 days. The changes of blood lipid, hemorheology, cerebral blood flow, neurologic impairment score and Barthel index（BI） and clinical curative effects were observed. Results The level of blood lipid, hemorheology and cerebral blood flow in therapy group had a significant improvement after treatment for 30 days（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the improvements were significantly better than that in the other two control groups（P 〈0.05 ）. Neurologic impairment score and BI of therapy group were significantly improved after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ） , and the improvements were better than that of the other two control groups after treatment （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The total effective rate in the therapy group was better than that of the two control groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Moxibustion therapy in Baihui （GV 20） can improve cerebral circulation, reduce neurological function defect, increase the cure rate and improvement rate, and decrease the deformity rate in patients with ischemic stroke.
