摘要
目前,在转矩系数的研究分析中忽略了螺栓强度等级的影响,计算不够准确,影响了螺栓连接的可靠性.文中以理论分析为基础,并以螺栓的强度等级作为实验的惟一变量,通过对不同强度等级的螺栓进行实验,得出了螺栓强度等级对转矩系数的影响规律,利于工程实际中更准确、有效的控制螺栓的预紧力.
Now, in the research and analysis of the nut factor ,the engineer ignoring the influence of strength grade. It makes the calculation is not accurate and affects the reliability of the bolt connec-tion. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the artical based on the strength of the bolt grade as the on-ly variable experiment, through analyzing the experimental results of different strength grade bolts, bolt intensity level on the torque coefficient is obtained, more accurate and effective control force of the bolt in engineering practice.
