摘要
球铰是关系到转体施工桥梁合理设计与顺利施工的关键部件.目前其设计多依据经验,缺乏足够的理论支撑.从球铰的构造及受力特点出发,揭示球铰的受力规律与受力状态,提出相对于现行规范中的简化计算的优化算法,并结合工程实测数据进行对比分析,从理论上确保球铰设计合理可靠.
Swivel ball joint is the key component, which is related to the construction of bridge design and construction. Currently its design is mainly based on experience, with the lack of reliable theoreti-cal support. According to the ball joint structure and force characteristics of ball joints, optimization algorithm is proposed to simplify the current criterion and compared with the measured data to ensure that the ball joints design and construction is reasonable and reliable.
