摘要
帧间差分法是分析视频录像车辆速度常用的方法,但仅依靠道路两旁参照物给车辆定位,往往车速测算误差.运用视频处理技术添加虚拟参照物的方法,可以克服视频画面中无合适参照物选取困难,提高监控视频车速测算精度,并判断目标车辆速度变化情况及事故发生时是否全力制动.
The inter frame difference method analysis is a method commonly used video vehicle speed, but only rely on both sides of the road to vehicle positioning reference, often speed calculating error. Using video processing technology to add virtual reference method can overcome the difficulty in choo-sing the right reference free video screen, improve the monitoring video speed calculating precision, and judge the occurrence and accident changes the target vehicle speed is full braking.
