摘要
目的:探讨中药熏洗结合藻酸盐敷料在肛周脓肿术后的临床应用疗效。方法:选择肛周脓肿患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组。2组在引流良好的基础上,对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组采用中药熏洗及藻酸盐敷料治疗。观察2组患者的疼痛程度、临床疗效、住院时间及费用。结果:治疗后观察组止痛效果明显,优于对照组(P<0.05)。痊愈率治疗7天时对照组为22.86%,观察组为48.84%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组换药次数、住院天数及医疗费用显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗结合藻酸盐敷料可有效促进肛周脓肿术后创面恢复,并能减少医疗费用及住院时间。
Objective：To investigate therapeutic effects of herbal fumigation combined with alginate dressings in treating the patients after the operation of perianal abscess. Methods：All 78 patients were assigned to the control group and the observation group randomly. On the foundation of drainage, the control group received routine treat-ment, the observation group were administered with herbal fumigation and alginate dressings. The degrees of pain, therapeutic effects, hospitalization time and the cost of both groups were observed. Results：The observation group was superior to the control group after treating in the effects of relieving pain （P〈0.05）. Cure rate of the control group was 22.86%, lower than 48.84%of the observation group in seven days after treating, the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The control group was higher than the observation group notably in the times of chang-ing the dressings, hospitalization days and medical expenses （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Herbal fumigation combined with alginate dressings could effectively promote the rehabilitation of postoperative wound after the operation of pe-rianal abscess, reduce medical expenses and hospitalization time.
