摘要
目的分析子宫内膜异位症患者及健康妇女血清中8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的表达情况,探讨氧化应激在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用及其与临床分期的相关性。方法实验组按子宫内膜异位症分期(RAFS)将80例子宫内膜异位症患者分为I期20例、II期24例﹑III期21例及IV期15例,另选择20例健康妇女作为对照组,检测两组病例血清中8-iso-PGF2α及GSH-Px的含量。结果 (1)实验组中8-iso-PGF2α的含量较对照组高(P<0.05),实验组中GSH-Px的含量较对照组低(P<0.05)。(2)实验组的I期﹑II期﹑III期及IV期病例中8-iso-PGF2α表达依次升高,差异显著(P<0.05),但各临床分期间GSH-Px的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症的发生与机体氧化应激异常有关,8-iso-PGF2α及GSH-Px是反映机体氧化应激状态的敏感指标,8-iso-PGF2α表达的高低还与子宫内膜异位症的临床分期有明显相关性。
Objective To analyze the expression of 8-iso-PGF2e and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum of patients with endometriosis and healthy women so as to explore the role of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of endometriosis and its correlation with clinical stage.Methods According to RAFS, 80 patients with endometriosis were divided into 4 stages. 20 patients at stage I, 24 patients at stage II, 2l patients at stage III, and 15 patients at stage IV. In contrast, 20 healthy women were chosen as the control group, then 8-iso-PGF2a and GSH-Px levels in serum were detected in the two groups. Results (l) the content of 8-iso- PGF2a in the experiment group was relatively higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05), while the content of GSH-Px in the experimental group was lower (P〈0.05).(2)8-iso-PGF2a expression means at the four stages in the experiment group increase successively, and showed significant difference (P〈0. 05), but there was no such difference in GSH-Px expres- sion in the experimental group (P〉0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of endometriosis was as- sociated with anomaly oxidative stress of body,8-iso-PGF2e and GSH-Px are sensitive indica- tors reflecting body oxidative stress status,and the expression of 8-iso-PGF2a has obvious correlation with endometriosis clinical staoino.
