摘要
以铬鞣革为参照物,对所制得的锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革进行了物理-机械性能检测。其相关的物理-机械性能,如撕裂强度、规定负荷伸长率(10N/mm2)、涂层耐折牢度、崩裂高度、崩破强度、耐干湿擦牢度、收缩温度等都能满足鞋面革的轻工业行业标准,部分性能指标能够与铬鞣革相媲美。
Physical and mechanical properties of cattle upper leather tanned by Zr - A1 - Ti complex tanning agent was tested, with chrome tanned leather as reference sample. The results show that physical and mechanical properties, including tear strength, given load rate( 10N/mm2) , coating folding fastness, bursting height, bursting height, dry and wet rub fatness, shrinkage temper- ature et al. could meet the light industry standards of shoe upper leather. Part of the performance indicators can be comparable to that of chrome - tanned leather.
