不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折应用PFNA与Gamma-Ⅲ钉治疗的比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究比较不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)与Gamma-3钉治疗的临床效果。方法随机将2010年3月~2013年3月本科收治的不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折118例分成对照组和试验组各59例,对照组使用Gamma-3钉治疗、试验组使用PFNA治疗,并比较手术时间、骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能恢复优良率及术后并发症发生率。结果试验组手术时间少于对照组、试验组骨折愈合时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);试验组髋关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组、试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折应用PFNA与Gamma-3钉治疗均能够达到满意的临床效果,而在缩短手术时间、利于骨折愈合方面,应用PFNA较Gamma-3钉治疗更佳,值得临床推广。
