摘要
高校体育公选课是体现"以人为本,健康第一",终身体育和个性教育的现代教育理念。文章采用文献资料、调查访问等研究方法,对地方性院校的乒乓球教学进行深入调查,结合丽水学院的现状,从教学资源、教学方法、激励机制等提出了相应的建议。
College Physical Education optional course is reflected in the ＂people--oriented, health first＂, lifelong physical education and personality educationconcept of modern education. The use of literature, questionnaire and other research methods, the local colleges and universities table tennis teaching in--depth investigation, combined with the status quo from Lishui University, teaching resources,teaching method,incentive mechanism and puts forward the corresponding suggestion.
