摘要
目的评价我院丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液使用的合理性。方法抽取我院2012年11月使用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的病历,分析其使用合理性。结果绝大多数病历中丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液的使用均存在不合理的情况,包括配伍不合理、适应证不适宜以及未监测肝功能。结论丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液使用范围较为广泛,但使用时有诸多要点需加以注意,以保证用药合理性。
Objective To evaluate the rationality of N（2）-L-Alany-L-glutamine injection use in our hospital. Methods All medical records of patients who were treated with N（2）-L-Alany-L-glutamine in December 2012 were sampled out for retrospective analysis. Results Most use of N（2）-L-Alany-L-glutamine were irrational,and the irra-tional drug use chiefly manifested as incompatibility,without indication,and didn′t monitor liver function. Conclusion N（2）-L-Alany-L-glutamine has a wide implication,but needs to be used cautiously to ensure its rationality.
