摘要
目的探讨妇科住院患者进行静脉留置针对其睡眠质量的影响。方法入选我院2013年3月至2013年9月妇科住院患者110例,按随机对照表分为两组各55例,观察组为静脉留置针组,对照组为非静脉留置针组,应用多导睡眠图(PSG)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对两组的睡眠质量进行评估,比较两组的睡眠质量情况。结果观察组的多导睡眠图(PSG)各项评估指标与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的PSQI量表各项评估水平显著低于对照组,即睡眠质量情况显著差于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科住院患者静脉留置针可使其睡眠质量降低,护理人员应根据患者的个体差异及病情选择是否留置静脉针,如进行非刺激性药物输注、病情较轻时无需留置。
Objective To explore the affect of venous indwelling needle in the quality of sleep of gynecological in-patients. Methods One hundred and ten cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital from March 2013 to September 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group had venous indwelling needle, while patients in the control group did not had venous indwelling needle. The quality of sleep was evaluated by polysornnograhy （PSG） and Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） and was compared between two groups. Results The differences of PSG indexes between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Each assessment level of PSQI in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Venous indwelling needle can reduce quality of sleep of gynecological in-patients. Indwelling intravenous needles should be chosen by patients＇ individual differences and disease condition, such as when there is non-irritating drug infusion or mild patient＇s condition, it＇s not necessary to indwelling intravenous needles.
