摘要
目的观察利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将72例偏头痛患者随机分为两组各36例,治疗组联合应用利脑心胶囊和氟桂利嗪胶囊,对照组单用氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗,两组均以8周为一疗程,观察其临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,两组疗效经Ridit分析,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(U=2.544,P<0.05)。结论利脑心胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛临床疗效明显优于单独应用氟桂利嗪胶囊,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of li＇naoxin capsule combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of migraine. Methods 72 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with li＇naoxin capsule combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule, while patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule alone. Both groups received 8 weeks of treatment for a course. The clinical effects were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, significantly higher than 75.00% of control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （U = 2.544, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Li＇naoxin capsule combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule has better clinical effect than flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of migraine, which is worthy of promotion.
