摘要
高压旋喷桩是处治软基的有效方法之一,但是针对其在已通车高速公路软基处理上的应用研究相对较少。考虑在不破坏既有高速公路路面和路基结构层的情况下,对已通车高速公路的软基进行加固处理。结合江苏沿海高速公路连盐段某路段的工程实例,通过对该路段路基不均匀沉降情况和工程地质条件等方面的调查,同时对逐年加铺沥青和高压旋喷桩处治软基两种不同处治思路的处治效果和处治费用进行了对比分析和综合评价。研究结果表明,加铺沥青5.82年后,高压旋喷桩处治费用与加铺沥青层达到一致;至10年后(2023年),高压旋喷桩处治费用是加铺沥青费用的58%。
The high-pressure jet grouting pile is one of the effective soft ground treatment methods. However, the studies focused on the application of soft ground treatment on the opening highway are relatively little. Developing one new method, which can little destroys the existing highway pavement and subgrade structure, is one of important way for engineers considered. Based on Lianyungang to Yaneheng highway project, the differential settlement of subgrade engineering and geological conditions of the full range were investigated. Two different treatment methods （yearly overlaying asphalt and high-pressure jet grouting pile） were comparative analyzed. The treatment effect and treatment fee were also analyzed and discussed. The results show that the treatment fee of two different methods will be the same after 5.82 years later, and the treatment fee of high-pressure jet grouting pile method will be 58% of that of overlaying asphalt method after 10 years later.
