摘要
目的了解北京市大兴区放射工作人员放射卫生与防护知识掌握现状，为针对性地开展放射工作人员培训提供依据。方法对该辖区内2012年1月1日前取得《放射工作人员证》的放射工作人员，发放调查表进行现况调查，用Excel建立数据库，SPSS16．0软件进行统计分析。结果246人能规范使用个人防护用品，正确佩戴个人剂量计；对放射诊疗准人管理等知识的知晓率为55．28％-57．72％；其中前2项及放射工作相关的法律法规等3个问题二级医疗机构人员知晓情况好于一级及以下医疗机构，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应进一步加强对该区放射工作人员的培训，不断提高放射卫生与防护知识的知晓率，使放射工作人员依法合规的开展放射诊疗活动，确保广大人民群众的放射诊疗安全。
[ Objective ] To under-stand the current status of awareness rate of knowledge about radiation health and protection among radiation workers in Daxing Dis- trict of Beijing, provide the evidences for carrying out health training for radiation workers. [ Methods ] By the questionnaire, a cross-sectional study was carried out on radiation workers who obtained the radiation workers certification before January 1, 2012. The database was established with Excel, and the data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software. [ Results] 246 radiation workers could use the personal protective equipment accurately, and wear the personal dosimeter correctly. The awareness rates of knowl- edge about radiological diagnosis and access management were between 55.28% and 57.72%. The awareness rates of the first two items which mentioned above and radiation related laws/regulations among workers in grade-2 medical institutions were higher than those among the workers in grade-1 medical institutions or below, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to further strengthen the training among radiation workers, continuously improve the awareness rate of knowledge about radiation health and protection, and promote the radiation workers to carry out the normalized radiological medical activities, to en- sure the safety of radiation treatment.
