中国台湾老年中期照护特色病房见闻及其对大陆地区的启示 被引量：11

The intermediate care ward in Taiwan and its ispiration to China's Mainland

摘要 文章介绍了笔者在中国台湾行政院卫生署旗山医院中期照护病房的参观体会,分别从中期照护概念、病房设立目的、服务内容、收录流程、环境特色方面阐述了病房的实际情况,并结合大陆地区老年护理实际情况提出建立中期照护服务模式和服务机构、培养老年中期照护服务人才等建议,以期为大陆地区老年护理发展提供借鉴。 This paper introduced the intermediate care ward in Cishan Hospital, Department of Health in Taiwan. Topics including the concept of intermediate care, the purpose of setting up intermediate care wards, its service content, the collection process, and its environment characteristics were presented with respect to the actual situation of the ward. Combining with the practical situation of geriatric nursing in the China's Mainland. Some suggestions were put forward to provide guidance for its development, including establishing intermediate care service mode and cultivation talents on geriatric intermediate care.
