摘要
根据物流产业的特点，基于DEA建立北京市物流效率评价模型，对2003~2011年北京物流效率进行实证研究。从技术效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率三个角度界定物流效率，为物流效率研究提供清晰的框架界定；构建物流经济与物流环境效率指标评价体系；结合主成分分析法建立可处理环境方面非期望产出指标的改进DEA模型；运用DEAP2.1软件对模型进行实证分析。通过理论实证研究可知，北京市物流业产值增长稳定，经济方面物流效率表现良好，但由此带来的环境问题十分严重，应借鉴发达国家经验，发展绿色物流，满足低碳和可持续发展的要求。最后为北京市实现物流经济有效快速发展与绿色化双重目标提供了政策支持。
In this paper, in accordance with the characteristics of the logistics industry and based on DEA, we built the model for the evaluation of the logistics efficiency of Beijing and carried out an empirical study on the logistics efficiency of Beijing between 2003 and 2011. Through the theoretical and empirical study, we reached several revealing conclusions and at the end presented the policy support for the rapid and green development of the logistics economy of Beijing.
