摘要
随着许多大型炼化一体化企业的陆续建成和投产,工厂网络的安全直接关系到基层生产装置的安全。工厂网络中互相联网和数据共享的装置有十多套甚至于几十套,装置故障以及网络组件的故障有可能发生,全厂控制网络在最坏情况下局部网络故障不能影响到全厂生产。本文论述了ANSI/ISA-99标准定义的构架,说明了中沙(天津)石化有限公司100万吨乙烯联合装置基于标准构建的工厂网络的分层分区结构以及发生紧急网络故障情况下的有可能产生的最坏结果及其应对措施。通过联合装置五年多的稳定运行,证明该网络的设计是成功并且高效的。
With many integrated reifning and Chemical complex has been built, factory network security is directly related to the safety of the grass-roots production unit. Each plant network has 10+process units and interconnection and data sharing between each other’s, equipment failures, and network component failures are likely to occur. But in the worst case a local network failure within the whole plant network should not affect the whole plant production. This article discussed the ANSI/ISA-99 standard deifned network architecture, explained in the SINOPEC SABIC TianJin Petrochemical Company Limited1MT/A ethylene complex standard based plant network on hierarchical partition structure, described the worst results in case of an emergency network failures may occur and its response measures, After more than ifve years stable operation of the plant,practically proved that the network is designed successfully and efifciently.
