摘要
就业公平是我国就业问题中的核心,随着我国改革开放的深入,就业领域中的不公平现象越来越多,如何有效保障就业公平是关系到社会和谐发展和实现劳动者人权维护的关键。文章从法律角度对就业公平的保障进行了分析,对就业公平现状进行了概述,并对如何从立法、管理机构以及救济等方面保障就业公平进行了讨论。
