摘要
目的:观察化疗联合三维适形放疗对局部晚期直肠癌的治疗效果。方法:选择60例局部晚期直肠癌患者,分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。研究组采用化疗联合三维适形放疗进行治疗,对照组仅采用化疗进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果及1年、2年、3年生存率。结果:两组相比较,研究组治疗的总有效率和1年、2年、3年内生存率均较高,不良反应可耐受。结论:化疗联合三维适形放疗有助于提高对局部晚期直肠癌的治疗效果和近期生存率,但不良反应稍高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on locally advanced rectal cancer.Methods The study group and the control group with 30 cases in each group were divided into 60 cases of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer.Study group was treated with chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for treatment,the control group only with chemotherapy.Compared two groups of treatment and 1,2,3 year survival rate.Results Compared the two groups,with 1,2,and 3 years survival rates were higher in the study group,the adverse reaction of total treatment.Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect on local advanced rectal cancer and the survival rates of adverse reactions,but slightly higher.
