摘要
随着开放型经济水平的不断提高,中国成为对外直接投资的新兴力量,对发达国家的直接投资不断增加。本文以海尔在发达国家直接投资的成功经验为例,用西方主流国际直接投资理论和针对发展中国家的直接投资理论解释了中国在发达国家的直接投资,展望了其发展前景,并对我国企业在发达国家的直接投资提出了建议。
With the continuous improvement of the level of open economy, China becomes the emerging power of foreign direct investment, and the direct investment in the developed countries continuesly increase. This paper takes the successful experience of Haier direct investment in developed countries as an example, uses western mainstream international direct investment theory and according to developing direct investment theory to explain China direct investment in developed countries, outlooks its development prospects and puts forward some suggestions on the direct investment of Chinese enterprises in developed countries.
